Upon inspection of the device, I noticed the significant scuffs and scratches that happen with heavy use. All ports and connectors are in good cosmetic condition. I was able to power on the device using an in-house power cord (not included) . Power on light illuminated. Display did not illuminate. Using an in-house cassette tape and in-house monitor, I connected RCA cable and BNC to the device and was unable to receive video to the monitor. STOP, PLAY, REW and F FWD buttons tested working. I was unable to record using an in-house video camera and monitor. No further testing could be completed due to lack of knowledge and/or resources. The device is being sold for repair, refurbishment or reuse by the buyer. It is not intended for recycling or disposal. No power cord or other accessories included.
